Welcome, to Farrah Gray's Rich Book Authors "Done-For-You" Ghostwriting and Book Marketing Services Company.
By CLICKING ACCEPT, I would like you to agree to these terms. Acceptance by the Client of any Rich Book Authors, Service, or Products indicates the Client's explicit and implicit acceptance of the Terms and Conditions below and incorporated here by reference. These terms set out the legal basis as a contractual agreement ("Agreement") upon which Rich Book Authors LLC, DBA (referred to as "RichBookAuthors.com," "We," "Us," or "Our") provides its related services for the Online Sale of Custom Book Writing Packages (collectively, such services, including but not limited to any new packages, content, video, audio, text, graphics, and the "Service(s)"), (these "Terms" or "Terms of Sale") apply to the purchase and sale of services through richbookauthors.com; including any purchases made on or through our affiliate sites, including, but not limited to, webinarjam.com and everwebinar.com, and any other sites that have been named in this document (the "Site"). Along with the Client's order and payment processing for the Services ("Order") take effect when you click the "Accept" button or similar check box presented to you as part of the sign-up process or when you first use the Services, whichever is earlier and will remain in effect during the relevant Subscription Term or until terminated as specified in the Agreement. If you enter this Agreement for a company or other legal entity you represent, you have the authority to commit the entity to the Agreement. "Client" or "You" will refer to that entity. If you do not have this authority, are under 18, or disagree with the Agreement, you must not select the "Accept" button or accept these terms, and you may not access or use the Services.
PRIORITY This Agreement takes priority over any other agreement you make with Rich Book Authors unless that Agreement is specifically and in writing signed by an authorized Rich Book Authors representative. This Agreement shall control any inconsistency between this Agreement and any other agreement. Any statement made by a Rich Book Authors representative, not in the form of a signed writing, does not bind Rich Book Authors or anyone associated directly or indirectly with the company.

SERVICES AND PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS Rich Book Authors is a service provider with no employment relationship with the Client. Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall constitute a partnership, joint venture, employer/employee agreement, or the like between them.
Rich Book Authors - COMPACT BOOK PACKAGE price of $1,950 covers the essential parts of YOUR story. A 55–75-page paper book (7,500-10,000) words total; 4 sixty-minute tiered phone interviews to shape the book's content, structure, tone, and voice. Include up to 25 photos and a complimentary journal in the back of the book. You can also include your favorite quotes throughout the book. Receive 12 Paperback print copies for personal autograph signing plus a digital copy of your book.
Rich Book Authors - COMPLETE BOOK PACKAGE price of $3,950. Tell YOUR story. A 135–155-page hardcover book (12,500-25,000) words; 8 sixty-minute tiered phone interviews to shape the book's content, structure, tone, and voice. Include up to 25 photos and a complimentary journal in the back of the book. You can also include your favorite quotes throughout the book. Receive 12 Hardcover print copies for personal autograph signing plus a digital copy of your book.
Rich Book Authors - FULL-LENGTH BOOK PACKAGE price of $6,950. YOUR story in greater depth and detail. A 185–205-page hardcover book (20,000-50,000) words total; 10 sixty-minute tiered phone interviews to shape the content, structure, tone, and voice. Include up to 25 photos and a complimentary journal in the back of the book. You can also include your favorite quotes throughout the book. Receive 24 Hardcover print copies for personal autograph signing plus a digital copy of your book.
Rich Book Authors will provide the Client with a Welcome Letter, Non-Disclosure, and Springboard Questionnaire at the start of the process. The Client is requested to read the Welcome Letter to understand the process better and fill out the Discovery Questionnaire entirely and accurately.
The Rich Book Authors' philosophy centers around a policy of individualized attention and a highly professional team of researchers, interviewers, and writers. In the first phase of the Client ghostwriting process, the Client's Discovery Questionnaire is reviewed by our team of vetted professional interviewers. The collaboration begins with the first scheduled interview for both parties. The date and the timeslot are blocked for each multi-tiered sixty-minute phone interview to shape the book's content, structure, tone, and voice.
Rich Book Authors is a service provider and has no employment relationship with the Client. Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall constitute a partnership, joint venture, employer/employee agreement, or the like between them.
RICH BOOK AUTHORS INTERVIEW-BASED BOOK WRITING PACKAGES The COMPACT BOOK PACKAGE covers the essential parts of your story in four-tiered interviews; the COMPLETE BOOK PACKAGE tells your story in eight-tiered interviews; the FULL-LENGTH BOOK PACKAGE tells your story in greater depth and more detail in ten-tiered interviews.
The Client may upgrade or order a custom bespoke package by written request.
RIGHTS AND ROYALTIES All materials, as well as the entire work, remain the Client's proprietary property. The Client retains all copyright, byline credit, and other rights. All earnings are 100% of the Client's from book sales. Rich Book Authors hold no copyright or intellectual property rights. Rich Book Authors do not collect any payment for publishing advances, future sales, copyrights, international rights, film rights, audio rights, reprints, or other revenue means.
ALL-INCLUSIVE INTERVIEW-BASED BOOK-WRITING SERVICES The Client shall provide all the pertinent details and materials for the ghostwriter to perfectly capture your story, voice, tone, and structure to develop a compelling bestselling book in the Client's genre.
The interviews are scheduled by date and time zone, providing both the Client and the interviewer confirm using a digital conference app to record each sixty-minute tiered interview to be transcribed for the Client to read and prepare for the next interview session.
GHOSTWRITER ANONYMITY Rich Book Authors' professional ghostwriter's name does not appear anywhere in the book or the copyright and contractually remains anonymous in perpetuity.
PROJECT TEAM ASSIGNMENTS Each Client is assigned a project manager, author support management resource, interviewer, and ghostwriter.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND USE OF INFORMATION The questions you submit and the responses you receive do not form the basis for a professional-Client relationship, including but not limited to attorney-client, physician-patient, or therapist-patient, and are not subject to standards or requirements of confidentiality and privilege associated in addition to that. However, Rich Book Authors will do everything possible to respect your privacy and maintain complete confidentiality, except when legal requirements supersede that need.
COMPLETION TIMESCALE The timescale from the first interview to producing a professional manuscript in your words and voice is based on the calculation of the total payment or the final installment payment of the Client's Rich Book Author Package based on the scheduling and availability of the Client and writer. The Client may upgrade or order a custom bespoke package by written request.
PROPER USE You agree that you will use our services in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations. Furthermore, you agree that you will not request or submit a work product that is unlawful, defamatory, profane, vulgar, racial, harassing, hateful, ethnic, abusive, fraudulent, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You further agree not to request or submit a work product related to illegal activity.
The Client warrants to and in favor of Rich Book Authors that any information, including but not limited to written works, images, footage, online content, documents, or designs provided by the Client to Rich Book Authors in connection with Products and Services is free from any copyright and/or does not infringe upon any rights of any third party to which the Information belongs or all fees, royalties, and payments have been made to and permissions granted from the lawful copyright owner. Further, Rich Book Authors reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without notice for any reason. Rich Book Authors will not be responsible or liable for exercising or non-exercise of its rights under this Agreement.
SELF-PUBLISHING "PUBLISHER AS THE BRAND" Rich Book Authors develop the book cover copy, author bio, and book description.
Rich Book Authors creates a custom book cover design for e-book, paperback, and hardcover books with one change request.
Rich Book Authors customizes design layout for print and an e-book. Rich Book Authors offers support securing your ISBN Assignment, U.S. Copyright Registration, and Library of Congress Control Number (LCCN).
The Client begins their self-publishing brand by registering a self-publisher account with Ingram Spark.
The book cover design, the manuscript, source file, EPUB, and paperback production digital files are uploaded to the Client publishing account with IngramSpark, to be added to their catalog for distribution.
As an IngramSpark Self-published author, with IngramSpark's Print-On-Demand (POD) service, the author can sell their printed paperback and hardcover books or eBooks.
IngramSpark wholesale distribution connects to the ordering systems of 40,000 independent and chain bookstores, libraries, and seventy online retailers worldwide, including Amazon Kindle, Apple iBooks, Google Play, Barnes & Noble NOOK Store®, Rakuten Kobo (Canada), Bertrams (UK), Waterstones (UK), Booktopia (Australia).
CLIENT SELF-EDITING Rich Book Authors require the Client to edit and proofread each book chapter to submit a final saleable and marketable manuscript product. The Client is limited to three rounds of editing before final typesetting.

Upon delivering the final work product, the Client shall have seven business days to request further revisions. After seven days, the project shall be deemed closed, and no other modifications will be allowed to be made to the Client's final manuscript.
DIGITAL FILE DELIVERY Rich Book Authors does not ship any physical products directly. The Client receives the final approved book cover design, the manuscript, source file, EPUB, hardcopy, and paperback production digital files via email and, depending upon the size of the files, are uploaded via WeTransfer.com sent to the Client.
All paperback and hardcover books are shipped directly from the printing company to the Client.
BEST-SELLING AUTHOR GUARANTEE Rich Book Authors positions the Client's book to succeed in the marketplace to become a best-selling author in a specific Amazon category.
Rich Book Authors provides its Clients upon request a free course that teaches authors once published six and seven principles on coaching, courses, speaking, consulting, live events/speaking engagements, virtual training, brand partnerships, movies, and merchandising.
Rich Book Authors either get your book on a bestseller list or receive a partial refund of five percent of the total amount of the Client book package.
PAYMENT TERMS Once you place your order, it is non-refundable, regardless of whether or not the work has started. If the Client pays in full, they must cooperate with the Rich Book Authors Ghostwriting Management Team to complete their book project in 120 days. The Client shall be deemed in violation of this Agreement when they fail to maintain the timescale of the final manuscript development deadline.
Rich Book Authors charges a flat rate for the Compact, Complete, and Full-Length Book Packages for Clients on installment payment plans. The Client's credit or debit card will be charged automatically as each installment becomes due by SamCart's web-based check-out platform with Authorize.Net to the payment processor. The initial installment payment or full payment must be rendered at the onset before the interview-based book writing process begins. You shall also pay any taxes imposed by governmental agencies of whatever kind and assessed with respect to all transactions under the Agreement, including penalties and interest (if any). When Rich Book Authors' have the legal obligation to pay or collect such taxes, the appropriate amount shall be billed to and paid by the Client. Delinquent payments shall bear interest at the rate of one-and-one-half percent per month (or the highest rate permitted by law, if less) from the due date until paid in full. You will be responsible for all reasonable expenses (including attorneys' fees) incurred by Rich Book Authors in collecting unpaid or delinquent amounts. All payments are due in U.S. dollars unless otherwise agreed in writing. All materials prepared by Rich Book Authors are copyrighted until full payment has been made.
REFUND POLICY No refunds. No cancellations. All Rich Book Authors Book Packages are non-refundable. Given the nature of our products and services, refunds are unavailable to Clients after a purchase. Refunds are not available for Clients who have violated the terms of services.
POINT OF CONTACT COMMUNICATION Good communication helps Rich Book Authors and the Author/Client articulate needs, expectations, and outcomes.
The Rich Book Authors Client Service is entirely online; therefore, communication is limited to the Author/Client email address for business correspondence and sending file attachments of documents.
Individuals exhibit different communication styles to sidestep potential misinterpretation. Rich Book Authors do not record telephone calls; we only communicate by email and text to keep accurate and concise communication records.
The various staff members function in different capacities and can only address the business areas assigned. However, they work with their colleagues when necessary before replying to an inquiry.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of warranty, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL RICH BOOK AUTHORS OR WRITERS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SERVICE WHETHER OR NOT RESEARCHERS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL RICH BOOK AUTHORS OR RESEARCHERS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY AMOUNT FOR SERVICES RENDERED OR INFORMATION PROVIDED ACCORDING TO THIS AGREEMENT; RATHER, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL BE THE REFUND OF FEES PAID BY YOU TO RICH BOOK AUTHORS FOR ANY INSTANCE OF USE OF THE SERVICES THAT GIVES RISE TO A CLAIM. TO THE EXTENT THAT ANY OF OUR WORK PRODUCTS REFERS TO ANY PRODUCT, MANUFACTURER, DISTRIBUTOR, COMPANY, SERVICE, OR SERVICE PROVIDER, RICH BOOK AUTHORS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY ASSOCIATION WITH, ENDORSEMENT OF, OR LIABILITY FOR ANY SUCH PRODUCT, MANUFACTURER, DISTRIBUTOR, COMPANY, SERVICE, OR SERVICE PROVIDER. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation and exclusions may not apply to you.
HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNITY You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Rich Book Authors and its Counselors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any third-party claim arising from or in any way related to your use of the service, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs, and attorneys' fees, of every kind and nature. Rich Book Authors will provide you with written notice of such claim, suit, or action in such a case.
RELEASE AND WAIVER To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby release and waive all claims against Rich Book Authors and its employees and agents from any and all liability for claims, damages (actual and consequential), costs, and expenses (including litigation costs and attorneys' fees) of every kind and nature, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the service.
ARBITRATION In the event that the parties are not able to resolve any dispute between them arising out of or concerning these Terms and Conditions, or any provisions hereof, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise at law or in equity for damages or any other relief, then such dispute shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration according to the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and administered by the American Arbitration Association, or a similar arbitration service selected by the parties, in a location mutually agreed upon by the parties. The Arbitrator's award shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in any jurisdiction court. If any legal or equitable action, proceeding, or arbitration arises out of or concerns these Terms and Conditions, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorney's fees. The parties agree to arbitrate all disputes and claims in regard to these Terms and Conditions or any disputes arising as a result of these Terms and Conditions, whether directly or indirectly, including Tort claims that are a result of these Terms and Conditions. The parties agree that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision. The entire dispute, including the scope and enforceability of this arbitration provision, shall be determined by the Arbitrator. This arbitration provision shall survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place individually; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH'S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE, AND/ OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, SUCH AS IN THE FORM OF A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER. Further, unless you and the Employer agree otherwise, the Arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
NO ASSIGNMENT You shall not assign this Agreement or any rights or delegate any obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, whether voluntarily or by operation of law, without Rich Book Authors' prior written consent. Any such purported assignment or delegation by you without Rich Book Authors' prior written consent will be null and void and of no force or effect unless otherwise expressly consented to by Rich Book Authors at its sole and absolute discretion.
JURISDICTION You agree that any and all claims that come under this contract should be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and any and all claims will be litigated only in the State of Nevada.
MISCELLANEOUS If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Rich Book Authors' failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive Rich Book Authors' right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. The failure of Rich Book Authors to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The section headings and subheadings contained in this Agreement are included for convenience only and shall not limit or otherwise affect the terms. Rich Book Authors reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without the prior consent of any or all of their Clients or Partners. This Agreement is the entire Agreement between Rich Book Authors and you about the subject matter hereof.
